As an author, I understand how much work it is to get that book completed. First you have to write it, then get it edited, get a cover design, and then lastly formatted.
I’ve been there and I know the frustration. I’m here to help you perfect your novel, on the inside. My pricing structure gives you e-book, print and a combination of both. I also provide an option for a “modification” package if you find that you decide you want to make changes to your manuscript after it’s gone live, even if it’s a year later. I won’t destroy your files.
I do all of my design in Adobe InDesign, and provide “flowable epub” for your e-books and a PDF for your print version.
I do not, however, do cover design … an artist I’m not … but I’d be happy to refer you to an artist that I work with.

As a self-published author one of the many things that you have to figure out how to do is get your book formatted. You need it in e-book format, you need it in print book format, and you need to be able to make text modifications sometimes afterwards. I have all of that covered.
From my own journey as an author, I’ve learned to format my own books. I used Adobe InDesign. My packages cover all of the things I mentioned. I even offer a “correction” package to the text after you’ve published and realize that “oops, I have some mistakes.” Been there and know how important it is to get those corrections.

Book Format Pricing
E-Book Formatting only - $200
I can format your e-book in flowable e-pub format. Provide me with your cover and title page images, and I’ll add those in, including copyright page, chapter breakdown, playlists, content warnings, and anything else that you might want to add. Even small graphics for your chapter page headers and your chapter separators.
print book only - $350
I can format your book in any size you require up to 500 pages (anything larger will require a custom quote). You book can include title page image, copyright page, pages that include images including maps, playlists, content warnings, and anything else that you might need. Custom headers and footers, and fonts. If you do require a specific type of font, the purchase will be an additional charge if I do not own it.
e-book & print package - $450
Take advantage of this deal to get your book in both formats. What you don’t need both right away? You can still get this package if you do your e-book only or your print book only and then decide you need the other. I am happy to give you this combo discount.
Included:
All e-books are provided as an e-pub. All print books are provided as a PDF. I require a 50% deposit to begin and the final 50% when the book is ready to be delivered. One full round of changes will be included, however, a pre-visual of the first chapter and beginning of the book will be required to sign-off on the design before the rest is completed.

What if your book needs modifications after it’s published? It’s a situation I’ve been in myself, which is why I decided to format my own books. I give you the option of a small fee of $25-$100 to make changes in your book. The price range is determined by how extensive the changes are and what package you purchased. I will provide them as Version 2 of your book so you can keep your files well organized.
Fonts:
I mentioned it above, but if you require custom fonts, which can ONLY be used for the print version of your book the cost will be your responsibility. E-book fonts are dictated via the reading system they are on, i.e. Kindle, Kobo, etc. so we keep it at basic choices for that. I will happily look for the least expensive option for you to purchase the font, or you are welcome to provide it to me, and you will be given with the font files along with your formatted book. This is especially important if you are writing a series, and need a consistent look across all of your books.
