How do I submit a job?

Where do I send images to be retouched?
Once you’ve officially joined us, you will be invited to download the Magic Judy Retouching Folder System using Sync. And don’t worry, it’s not hard to use and is very similar to Dropbox’s drag and drop folder system.
What file types do you accept for retouching?
We accept images in any format you prefer, however, we recommend high resolution jpgs that have been as cleanly processed as possible (meaning no fancy actions or presets applied yet). For the best results, we ask that you apply your creative finishes after you’ve received the final retouched images.
If you are interested in Raw Processing, we kindly request that you to send image files that you download straight from the camera. All retouching work is done using Lightroom. We do not automatically provide the Lightroom catalogs. For clients that wish to have a Lightroom Catalog, you can create and send us your catalog when submitting your job request so that we can return to you using your catalog system.
Payment Options
All payments are to be be paid in full after your order is submitted and billed via Square.
