TERMS OF SERVICE + PRIVACY POLICY

SUBMISSION AGREEMENT: By submitting images for digital retouch, processing, and/or any other service, the Client grants MJRS the right to copy, produce, transmit, modify, and edit any images received through private SYNC transmission and form submission. No images will be displayed, shared, modified, reproduced or transmitted publicly. You agree that you will not submit any images for MJRS to perform work on that do not belong and/or copyrighted to the Client. Any such work will be refused and reported for copyright infringement.

INFORMATION SECURITY: MJRS uses all reasonable measures to ensure the protection of images and information shared. MJRS uses high encryption methods for transmission of images and uses Paypal for all payment options. MJRS is not responsible for any use of information by Paypal, which the Client is required to provide for invoicing purposes. At no time will MJRS share information about your business, clients, images and/or personal contract information with third parties.

BILLING AND SUBMISSION: The Client agrees that submission of an order and images will result in immediate billing. Payment is required, in full, before any work will be performed on the order. All pricing discrepancies should be discussed at the time of the initial invoicing, and then any changes will be sent immediately. If payment is not received for the order by the requested due date, the order will be placed at the end of the current workload and lose current placement.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. In the event that a request for refund is submitted, all attempts will be made to resolve the issues presented, such as re-editing images. No refunds will be issued for services provided beyond a period of 21 days.

CONTRACT WORKERS: All contract workers retained by MJRS will never have access to the personal or business name of any contract work they provided. All contract workers retained by MJRS have signed a full Contractor Agreement before beginning work, which includes all non-disclosure and privacy policies related to the work they do under MJRS.

PRIVACY POLICY AND IMAGE RETENTION: Media/image storage of completed work is guaranteed for 21 days. MJRS uses a secure and private cloud-based file sharing system. Longer-term file storage may be available upon request and for an additional fee. Immediate file deletion is available upon request once delivery has been made, at your own risk. File storage requested beyond 21 days will be held on a private drive in the office and not online.

All other confidential information is securely stored as needed in-office.

MJRS's assignment is on a work-for-hire, per job basis, therefore the copyrights to images worked on by MJRS do not belong to MJRS. MJRS will never sell or share any images transmitted through our SYNC system for requested work.
